Washington, D.C. – This week, Rep. Becca Balint (VT-AL) introduced an email program to keep Vermonters and other Americans updated on her work in Congress. Rep. Balint is using every maneuver and tool at her disposal in the face of the Trump Administration’s whirlwind of executive orders, mass deportations, agencies defunded, civil servants fired and our constitution under attack. 

“Vermonters are understandably worried. I will be sending frequent updates to keep Vermonters up to date and check in on their concerns. I want folks to know I hear you and I’m standing with you, no matter who you voted for,” said Rep. Balint. “This is an urgent constitutional crisis we are facing and I’m not taking this lightly.” 

Rep. Balint’s congressional office has heard from Vermonters from across the state at unprecedented levels, calling and writing in to express their concern. Rep. Balint will continue to send frequent emails to constituents who sign up for email alerts as well as update Vermonters via her social media channels and otherwise.
