In Vermont, reproductive freedom is guaranteed by the state constitution and by state law. You have the right to access reproductive health care, including contraception and abortion services.
This is the law of the land in Vermont. But the threat of a national abortion ban still looms. Extreme Republicans are looking for any way to reduce access to abortion, birth control, and all reproductive health care. As a member of the Congressional Reproductive Freedom Caucus, I’m fighting in Washington to provide those same protections for all Americans. Since I entered Congress, I’ve been working to ensure the antiquated Comstock laws are not abused by extreme Republicans to ban mailing abortion medication.
My office is here to ensure you can access the reproductive health care you and your family need.
