Substance Use Disorders

We all know someone suffering from substance use disorders. Medically assisted treatment, supervised injection sites, and evidence-based practices to prevent and treat substance use disorder are the only viable way forward for those gripped by the opioid epidemic. In Congress, we need to break down barriers to treatment and hold pharmaceutical companies accountable for their actions.
